Today was good. yeah.. like usual, break time from the normal working days. yesss, i have no life other than work and games.
some funny phone conversations to start my day off..
slept like a log today. woke up to the ringing tone of HELLOMOTO. surprised that it was actually able to wake me up. partly cuz its damn irritating. so, as dazed as i am, with dried up saliva at the sides of my mouth, i picked up the phone.
Caller: "Hello, its April." cheerfully
Me: "Hell-Huh.. isnt it august ady?" bluntly.
Caller: "..... its Ms April, from pindale trading" edgy.
Me: "oh." stunned.
I forgot that i told Mr boss at work to change the contact no. of my friend who is coming to work with me. There's a problem with his phone, so i requested that they contact me instead if they wanna get to my friend. so yeah, late afternoon blurness. Hope she isnt some big person in my outlet's company. What do you expect, the brain's kinda laggy right after you wake up.
Immediately after that, felt this immense feeling of laziness. So, i acted out a flu to get away from work today. LOL. to make sure that its perfect, i called din. Tested it out on him and at the same time planned as to what we re gonna do once im off the hook for coming to work. hahahaha.
so, i called the ice cream shop and guess who answered. msrahl. if i remembered it clearly, this was how it went.
Me: "dhello.."
rahl: "hello.. hello"
Me: "bmay i dnow who is don dhe dline?"
rahl: "raahiinah"
Me: " do you dnow who i am?"
rahl: "no.. who are you?"
Me: "its sufian with a flu" YESSA. SUCCESS!
talked fer a little bit and she LEFT ME ON HOLD. takper inah, takper.. i understand..
anyways, my phone died on me, so charged it and called back again. this time YOYO a china colleague picked it up. i acted out again
Me: "dhello.."
starts talking to yoyo, acting along the way.
tells her that im unable to turn up for work, still acting.
Yoyo: "nevermind la. you are not in the schedule.."
Me: "dno lah.. i dwanted to-wha..?"
Me: " Not in the schedule arh? so i dont need to come lah? oh. okay lo. BYEBYE!"
only to know that my name, is not in the schedule for the day. hahahahahahaha.. oh well.. the distance you'd go to lie. hahahaha..
later afternoon, went out to bugis.
ohh.. had the chicken rice that ive been craving for at bugis with din.
satisfaction.
bargained for my imitation aviators at bugis street from 15 to 10. YESSA.
