Its been year after year and after year. This particular day, never fails to lighten up the mood. It means party, to me that is. To celebrate the coming of 2009.
Well have the usuals. The booze. And that minute of interrogation. Only those who hang out frequently with me would understand. Then comes the resolutions. Other than my family, my friends (especially this one helluva Andaman gang) are the next closest that i have in my life. Ive got no one special, yet. hah..
They say, when you spend the very last hour, the last minute, the very last second with that someone. Thats the one you'd be with. Thats rubbish i guess. hahaha!
This year, i dont have any. Not that ive had one with me at the end of every year. Looking back at 2008, the year that i turn 18, shaped me to what i am now. Although a lil heavy on the weighing scale, i can definitely say im much matured now compared to how i was back then.
Life as i know it now, especially in singapore, you ve got to bust your ass to get some good income when you re not doing good in the brain department.
The ending of 2007 was the saddest part in my entire life. Even the start of 08. I learnt stuff, the harder way when ive had the chance to do things right. However, looking on the bright side, seeing that ive seen how things that ive done, fucked up my life, ill use it to guide those who seek advice. Especially this younger brother of mine at home. hah.
Even though its not assuring, looking at the times ahead,
lets just take it one step at a time. again.
