Jasmine is a girl who is cute and pretty.Nothing is bad for her except for one, she dosent have a boyfriend. Daniel is a guy who is single and available. He was a friend of Jasmine during their secondary years.He liked her before but didnt dare to tell. Now, jasmine was looking through her contacts when she saw daniel'sand called out of boredom. Luckily daniel was still using the line. Its been a while since the last school reunionand they chatted. Suddenly, Jasmine told this to daniel. ''daniel,i guess we are left overs in this world''she continued,''i think so cuz all of my friends have boyfriends and we are the only two left without anyone specialin our lives''.''Yup!, i dunnoe wad to do''said daniel. Jasmine,''i know! We'll play a game!''.''What game?''said daniel. They bothwent for their first outing together to watch a romantic movie and were both touched by it.Thye went to the beachand had their first picnic together. Playin by the sea, lying together in the sand just having quality time togetherlike REAL couples do. Daniel had two free passes to a circus for free fun the whole day and went to the Horror housetogether. Jasmine was scared and wanted somebody to hold to. She hold on to daniel's hand. As days went by, theywere more drawn to one another, and one day they saw a fortune teller. Daniel though it would be fun to see what thefuture hold for them in the future if they continued to be together. fortune teller,'' My darlings, please dont wastethe time tt u both have toghether, spend it together lovingly and happily''. Confused, they went on with the final dayof their game. Jasmine invited daniel to a hill where she would usually sit and relax, they went there taking a bus.It was a bumpy road, it made jasmine kissed daniel accidentally. When they reached the hill, they sat closely togetherand saw a shooting star. Jasmine mumbled something.Daniel wanted to get her a rose at the shop opposite down the roadso he told her tt he wanted to get her a drink. She wanted apple juice so daniel went. ''wait for me, ill be back"daniel told. Minutes passed, 30mins later, she couldnt wait. She went down to the shop but to her horror, she sawthe road was stained with blood. She ask around and an eyewitness told tt a guy was hit buy a drunken driver. Sherushed to the nearby hospital and immediately went to the emergency room. She was told to wait.The doctor came out from the emergency room handed a bloodstained rose and a letter."We found this in Daniel's pocket"the doctor said in a serious tone. She opened the letter and this was what daniel wrote,"Jasmine, this past few days, I realized you are really a cute girl I am falling for you.. your cherished smile, your everything when we playedthis game.. before this game ends, I would like you to be my girlfriend for the rest of my life. I love you",jasmine crumpled the paper and shouted,"Daniel! I don't want you to die...I love you... Remember that night we saw a meteor? I mumbled something.. I wished that we would be together forever and never end this game. Please don't leave me, Daniel... I love you, you cannot do this to me!". Daniel behind the quarantined door gave a weak smile. And next thing she hear wasa continuous sound, and daniel left.Exactly 12 mid, on the 30th day.
One thing tt made me realise tt u gotta love ur loved ones. No matter who they are. u never noe when they may be taken away from u and nver comeback to u anymore. We always take these for granted and later on regret fot not doing the right thing. if u love someone deep inside ur heart, tell them, time will never stop for no one. it keeps on going and ppl leave eventually. So before its too late.
i ve been thinkin abt this story. i myself don have the courage to express my feelings to her. how i wish something lik this would happen to me (without the dying part lah of course.. heess..). i guess tts how life works huh. man..
